So close to everything!

The villa is in a fantastic location. An easy walk to most of the great restaurants, beach, shopping etc. It’s large and spacious which is fabulous for a family, especially with 3 teenagers.

The noise. Unlike other reviewers we did find the construction noise bothersome. We also had an issue with very noisy party neighbours.

We loved that it felt like a home away from home. The pool was great.

Location was good and we weren't too bothered by the construction other than the level of dirt from the road it brought into the villa. The layout of the villa was great

The staff was a nuisance and would let themselves in without knocking giving us no privacy whatsoever. Furthermore when then did come in to clean they seem to take forever and were never finished upon our return from breakfast. In addition to this the pool was unusable due to algae on 2 separate days (fantastic when you have a 4yr old in a hot country) and we had a leak during storms as well as doors that were incredibly heavy and squeaky not ideal in the night.

My stay at Premium Beach Residence was excellent. The villa is very new, super clean, and very beautiful. This isn't my first time in Bali, and I can say that this villa is truly the best I've ever stayed in. A special thank you to Jane and the villa team - the service is marvelous, with very fast responses and helpful assistance. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect

I was worried about booking this villa due to the ongoing construction, but it turned out to be a non-issue. We hardly noticed any noise or dust, and the construction was far enough away not to bother us. The villa is modern and new, making everything about our stay fantastic. The rooftop is perfect for chilling out, and the private bathtubs in the first-floor bedrooms are a dream—offering the best experience of soaking in a bathtub within a completely private indoor garden. Each bedroom on the first floor has its own private garden bathroom, which is a unique feature. Plus, the host was super responsive, responding to our requests immediately. A nice touch is that they do regular fogging at the villa and provide mosquito fogging services on request, making our stay safe from mosquitoes, which is very important during the wet season in Bali. Totally worth it and highly recommended!

Our stay at the villa was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable, just a short 4-5 minute walk to the beach and close to everything you need. The villa itself boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The highlight for us was the two downstairs bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms featuring stunning internal garden bathtubs - a true oasis for relaxation- the best experience ever!! The living room and kitchen area are both modern and beautiful, with plenty of brand-new cooking utilities. The rooftop area, complete with a bar, sink, BBQ, wine freezer, and a cozy relaxing spot, offered breathtaking sunset views every evening. Villa offers a small parking spot in front of the door, which was perfect for our car. Despite some construction in the area, it never impacted our stay—no dust or serious noise at the villa. This place is genuinely gorgeous and worth every penny. Highly recommended

The pool was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of room and facilities.

There was a lot of construction around the villa but this is really a temporary issue until construction is completed.

We had a wonderful stay at Premium Beach Residence. The villa is very new, strategically located near the beach, and the staff is super kind and responsive, addressing all our inquiries simultaneously. Despite some construction in the area, our villa was not affected by noise or dust, making our stay perfect. I was initially concerned about booking after reading a review claiming a lack of privacy in the garden bathrooms. However, it turns out this is not true – there are no neighboring windows visible from the downstairs bathroom, which I personally confirmed. Additionally, the windows in our villa's bathrooms on the second floor do not open at all, ensuring complete privacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my hot tub experience under the rain, gazing at the stars – a very relaxing experience. This place is definitely worth staying at and comes highly recommended.
