Incredible house, very comfortable, beautiful interior and exterior

Was as close to perfect as you can get

Spacious, warm, comfortable. Den for teenagers was brilliant. Kitchen well equipped for our family of 12, making for easy mealtimes. Loved the cosy wood burner. Welcome pack was lovely touch.

Would have liked handrail to lower floor for safety.

House had everything we needed and more! Lovely extras like the high quality welcome hamper, karaoke machine, games room. Garden was fantastic and safe for our children. Rooms were beautiful, spacious and well furnished. Kitchen was very well.equipped. Louise answered any questions very quickly and was easy to deal with. A wonderful place to stay.

I didn't like having to go home. 😭

We loved that the property had everything we needed! Lots of space inside and out too, kids and adults…we all loved it! The entertainment space in the basement was fantastic and well enjoyed over our weekend, the welcome hamper was a lovely touch too. Perfect for our party of 8 adults and 4 kids! Thanks again, we hope to be back in the future!!!

Wow what an amazing house. The owners have literally thought of everything. So many nice add ons as well.

The shower pressure wasn’t great.

We rented Rosebank House for a small family celebration (10 people) and we were all totally delighted with every aspect of our stay. The house is beautifully furnished with comfortable lounges, games rooms and six cosy en-suite bedrooms. Two spacious kitchens both with range ovens means you could cater for everyone. A lovely log fire in the main lounge was well supplied with logs and the welcome pack and birthday balloon with chocolates was an extra special touch and much appreciated. Thanks to Louise and her family it felt very much like a home from home and we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our birthday celebration.

Nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect.

The house is huge, beautiful and perfect for a weekend get away for my friends and I. Clean, spacious with every little thing you might need for a comfortable stay. Extremely comfy beds, with most of my group commenting that they had the best sleep they’ve had in a long time. Oh, the welcome basket and card was a lovely touch too.

Everything, the house was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for 5 couples to share.

Really minor points but there could have been a few more mugs and some baking trays. A pizza cutter and a TV in room 6 would be good additions too. Lastly, and a bit expensive I appreciate - all the beds could be one size bigger....
