"Good clean place, value and location."

Good cozy place for extended living. Good amenities in kitchen. Nice yard with benches (although it was too hot most of the time). comfy beds. The 2.5 baths well appreciated. Ice and cold water from fridge. Iron and board. Location - everything was less than 10’ away. Quiet neighbourhood. Number key lock was helpful.

Host was not easy to reach. I’m glad we didnt have any emergency but not most responsive. Living room a bit cramped. It could do with one more sofa.

"Beautiful townhouse!"

I liked the location and the comfort of the townhouse. We were very comfortable.

I didn't care for the steep driveway. It is not the owners fault. It is just part of Austin.

"It was memorable."

Location was good for our purpose. We'd wanted to add an extra day but 2nd day was outrageously priced! Something like $555.00. We packed up & moved to another place for the 2nd day. It was very inconvenient.

Steep drive mostly. And definitely the cost of the 2nd day!
