Space , Privacy & POOL TIME And for the BOYS WE HAD A GOLF COURSE LESS THEN A MILE AWAY

The Fire Detector was going off (BEEPING) because the Battery was bad for 3 days Tried to have it taken care of but no one showed up to fix it…. I know it was just a Battery but the money we paid for this property IT should have been taken care of ASAP . Also the fire detector was in a Bedroom so it was hard for my niece to sleep in that room had to have a. pillow covering her hear

Nothing!!!!

This house was misleading !There was a # of issues upon arrival. 1st its NOT A NEW HOUSE!! The animal waste near pool. POOL Not cleaned so couldn't use it. broken door in bathroom. Food smear on the wall. TV ONLY IN 2 ROOMS. The rude cleaning crew. YARD NOT MAINTAINED. THE PIC was Over doctored pictures. Bad experience!!! Lower your expectations from the filtered pics .THE furniture was covered with furniture cover because there's no telling oce covers are removed. THIS HOUSE IS NOT AS APPEARS ONLINE ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!! WE DIDN'T STAY 5/17/24.

"Poor communication . Sent pictures the second time and was told they would check with the owners. Never heard anything"

The property was very nice and spacious. But the the reason for such a low review was the pool was not usable. Even after complaining and the the pool cleaners were supposed to come the pool was still completely green and full of algae. We rented this because it had a pool which was discussing. Never heard back from anyone after we complained after the so called cleaning of the pool. If the pool would have been clean this would have been a 10. But sad to say it was never taken care of.

loved how close we were to things not a long drive at all. pool and game room was a bonus. but to cold to use the pool at the time.we as a family had an amazing time here thank you all for letting us use you're home.
