Great property, very comfortable, good facilities, great size. No negatives!!

We enjoyed all aspects of the property and have nothing to negative to say 😶

We were two families of ages between 16 and 90 in town for a university graduation ceremony. The house was just right for a short stay like. Basic but clean and tidy. Nice from the back of the house over the roofs to the sea. The owner was very quick to answer a couple of questions.

Bathroom was small and at full occupancy this might be an issue for some. Parking is restricted on the street outside so vehicles had to be moved about 2 minutes walk away - it isn’t the property’s fault but would have been useful to know before arrival.

The house was modern and spotlessly clean

Everything was extremely clean and well put together. Every necessary things of use were available and extremely comfortable place. Highly recommend for families.

Loved everything, however there should be a parking permit for people to stay at it is limited to 3 hours only. Parking needs to be improved.

Lovely house in Swansea. We really liked the balcony which had a great view including the sea and Mumbles to the right. House had pretty much everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decoration in the house was neutral and modern, the rooms were all a good size and the beds were comfortable.

There were some little details that could have been improved. There were battery operated candles and lights in the living room - all of which did not work anymore. The location was alright, though not the best. Additionally, there was a very visibly dirty towel left in the washing machine when we arrived...

Balcony was lovely to sit out at and have a coffee in the morning and glass of wine in the afternoon! Everywhere was so clean and nicely decorated and in good order.

As there was 7 of us, would’ve been great to have 7 mugs so we could all have a tea/coffee in the morning. Wasn’t ideal to take it in turns to have hot drinks! But I do appreciate this is a minor issue.

The house was incredibly clean and well looked after. It's exactly what we needed.
