The principal door key to get inside was not working,we have to wait outside to someone get out for us to enter in the house and acced the apparemment. There was no Wi-Fi. The bed in the second room is very unconfortable.

The overall condition of the apartment was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival at 12.30am, we encountered a property in a state of significant uncleanliness. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with evidence of inadequate cleaning throughout. The wash basin, floor, mirror, and accessories were dirty, and the waste bin was unemptied. The laminated flooring in the entire apartment was similarly unclean. The kitchen was equally unsanitary, with visible marks and residue on the sink and drainer. Furthermore, the accommodation did not meet the advertised standards. Despite booking for four people, only one bed was prepared, and additional bedding was unavailable as promised. The provided toiletries were in a deplorable condition and were, in fact, dried up remnants of used soap bars. Due to the unacceptable state of the property, we were compelled to check out early and secure alternative accommodation. The host's dismissive response to my complaints, requesting photographic evidence without subsequent action, demonstrates a clear disregard for guest satisfaction. I strongly advise potential guests to avoid this property. It is evident that cleanliness and guest comfort are not prioritized by the host.
