"Groot luxe en schoon"

Erg luxe appartement, groot en schoon. Een groot dakterras en gezamelijke binnenruimte op de 3e verdieping, met wasmachiene droger en lounchruimte. Een prive parkeergarage plek om de hoek maar wel wat nouw. Gelegen aan de rand van het centrum van San Pedro. Strand is te lopend doen , alleen het oude centrum van Marbella is een aardig eind weg, een kwartiertje rijden met de auto.

Gehorige bovenburen door plavuizen, ook een verhuur appartement.
