HKIt is very well located in uptown BGC and only a 10 minute walk or so from the center of BGC. The area around it is lively with two top malls on either side of the building with excellent restaurant and shopping options. The room itself is relatively spacious. Although somewhat sparsely decorated the kitchen is relatively well equiped and the bathroom is decent (although it would have been nice to include a bit more toilet paper for a longer stay). There is also a washing machine.
Check in was a hassle. Although I registed with the host in advance, I still had to walk outside to another office and wait in line to register again. Generally, short term guests are not treated very well by the staff in the reception area. After checking out, I was waiting in the reception area for my ride when I was told by a guard I had no right to be there as a short term guest. The gym and the pool on weekends (it's also closed on Mondays) have been declared off limits to short term guests. Until those running the building agree to treat short-term guests better, I cannot recommend staying here, also as there are less expensive options available even in BGC. Or for a bit more money one could book a hotel and be treated as a welcome guest.
