he location was excellent, and the host was very communicative and helpful. However, the property itself had several significant issues. Being on the ground floor with no sound insulation, we could hear every movement from the tenants above (constant kids screaming at 6 am which wakes us up). The unit was also quite cold and suffered from high humidity and poor ventilation; opening the windows for air wasn't an option due to mosquitoes. Furthermore, the internet was advertised as fiber but was actually slow '5G broadband' that couldn't support a basic Zoom call. The hot water only lasted four minutes, which was difficult during a March stay. Lastly, a persistent drain smell in the kitchen required us to use air fresheners throughout our visit. Given the high price point for Morocco, we expected a much higher standard for a two-week stay.

L’emplacement proche de la mer et l’appartement spacieux,proche des commerces. Saïd (l’hôte) qui vous reçoit et qui réside à côté,disponible aux besoin.

(Période pluvieuse et froid) (mars),1 chauffage d’appoint mais tout petit donc pas suffisant pour chauffer 2 chambres et 1 salon,pas mal d’humidité dans l’appartement,machine à laver HS.
