The receptionist Vishvajeet was good.Tried to help. I disliked the washroom window,which had some open areas with glass shades and had no security bars. Which means no safety for room guests I changed my room to another room which had no washroom window so I could sleep peacefully..

Being picked up from the airport so late at night was a big bonus. Bith the hotel staff and taxi driver the hotel used were very helpful.

If visitors wanted food, the hotel staff sent out for this. This appeared to work well except for the clean- up of meal remnants. On my arrival, several rooms on my corridor had the remains of a meal left outside the doors. The remains were still there the next morning. This gave a bad initial impression, even though the hotel was otherwise perfectly fine.

The cleanliness of the bathroom needs improvement. The tiles require thorough cleaning to maintain hygiene and a fresh appearance. Kindly address this at the earliest convenience.

Remote location, reaching to the spot felt unsafe. We got scarred when the cab driver stopped while he missed a turn. Lot of outer noise, no value for the money, while better options are available. 250 ft that you see on the Google maps from the airport is not correct. I heard similar comments from other guests as well. Don't get fooled with their pictures. Try to do your own groundwork before making any reservations. I will not recommend this place for a family as I feel unsafe.
