Front desk person who was very nice & efficient but did not know enough to simply tell me that the on/off button on the side of the TV had to be used in order to get the remote to work. But the maintenance man was very nice, amiable & helped me quickly to do something I should have been able to figure out myself, but didn't realize it was not a Smart TV! I knew from past experience not to expect any amenities such as kleenex or hand towels (there are bath towels thank goodness) but, I was surprised when the toilet seat was VERY wiggly & I discovered there were NO bolts holding it down from underneath!! Other than that, the room was exactly what we needed to get there late in the evening, enjoy a good night's sleep & take off as soon as we wanted on the morning!

Fast check in. Clean facility. I had a really pleasant stay.

We did not stay there. We checked out after we got to the room. The bedding smelled musty, there was a door to a connecting room that was broken, would not lock. They had a chair propped up in front of it

The staff would always disappear from the front desk you would be waiting awhile on them to return

nothing they gave me a very nasty dirty work I stayed up all night they have bugs it was just nasty . customer service was the best the young lady was very helpful much as she can be she did a outstanding JOB she the only reason I did not call my bank and cancel
