The location is perfect as a base for exploring the lakes. It is just 3 or 4 minute drive to the facilities of Bowness. The accommodation was spacious and very well equipped.

Very little to dislike, but would have liked a slightly better view of the lake from our balcony.

Cleanliness of the property

The location was further out of Bowness than what was explained in the description. And also there was no footpaths to walk to Bowness safely , apart from walking down the side of the busy road.
