Evo C - 2 Bed Apartment 2 Min Walk to Station - longer stays available

The property is in a good location , close to amenities and has a private parking space off road , the apartment is quirky and comfortable

Some parts of the apartment and common areas are slightly dated and could do with a spruce up , one of the appliances wasn’t working at time of visit but we were informed upon arrival

I would rank the rooms from good to worse in this way: 1. bathroom, 2. kitchen, 3. master bedroom, 4. kids bedroom. It's good that the floor has parquet, all in all the apartment was cleaned but I for my personal criteria it needs to be done better. Bathroom is very nice, you can shower in elegant way. The towels were cleaned.

The bedrooms could be a bit cleaner, it would not hurt to move the furniture around and take the vacuum cleaner and tidy the place up. Because at some points cleaner could do far better job, I am not saying in general it's not clean, just I believe it needs to be better. Also we got 1 roll of toilet paper for the entire family for few days which we needed to buy then in supermarket, that is just diligence issue. A little bit more hospitality would not hurt. Also we wanted to leave the bags in the apartment since we came in the morning it was raining and bad weather, but the host declined it. Yes it is his right to do so, but still ... Just my opinion. Also there was a fire alarm setup by the neighbors in the ground floor, nobody in the building knew how to turn it off, I needed to ran back home to turn it off, there was a women in the basement wondering around and typing in the stopping code without reading the instructions. Just if it happens again, cover your ear guys because the sound alarm just to loud and read that you need to press first one button, then the yellow lid under number 3 comes in then type the code then press mute and it will be off. When we turned it off everybody was revealed but I can't understand how the land lords did not help the poor guys. Silly. I am not impressed at all.

The flat was great. Very good beds and the heating was on spot. It is very clos to the train station. The host was very kind and helpful. Definetly i will come back. Full kitchen and very close to the main street too. ALL GOOD!!!

Good location for town. Lovely modern decor in kitchen and bedrooms, well thought out layout with all necessary kitchen equipment and furniture for stay. Good state of cleanliness. Beds were very comfortable. Provided everything we needed.

Hot taps in bathroom did not turn in the conventional manner, which caused some confusion, and also made it difficult to sort out temperature of the shower. Parking is an issue, with very confusing on street signage regarding times when the street was permit only and times when you could pay to park. I understand that this is not in the control of the hosts, but it would have be good if they had explained the situation and where there might be potential parking options.

location, easy access, homely & clean

cold home had to use central heating both nights staying there, bed and pillows are not comfortable, taps go hot and cold, tv has no antenna for freeview.
