501 Yucca Park Second Line To Beach

Very spacious and excellent large balcony with everything you need. Easy check in . Great location would definitely recommend.

The bed was uncomfortable and pool bar closed.

Patio was superb.

Everything we needed for our stay. Lovely outdoor terrace with table, chairs and 2 sunloungers. Air conditioning in the bedroom. Lots of wardrobe space. Safe in wardrobe. Extra toiletries had been left in shower and under sink drawer. Lovely powerful hairdryer. It's states no WiFi but we where pleasantly surprised to have wi fi and code left by television. Sofa bed really comfortable and already set up for us. Ice already in the freezer and lots of condiments.

There is a step going down into the living area which is very dangerous when we arrived as wasn't aware of it. Some hi vis tape would be good I think as we nearly fell down them afew times, as you forget it's there. It was loud with scraping of the sunloungers in the mornings (setting them up) and also loud garden maintanance chainsaws the tree for over an hour next to our bedroom.. obviously this is no fault of the owners and needed to maintain the beautiful trees and landscaping. I had ear plugs anyway so wasn't too much of a bother. Wasn't super early either landscaping around 9.30am. Sofa bed was really comfortable but I found bed in bedroom on the firm side. But everybody has their own preferences. It wasn't lumpy and sheets and towels all clean.

The location was perfect,close to the beach and nightlife/restaurants

The checking process was very impersonal. We were not aware it would all be online and there was miscommunication which had an impact on us on arrival. However, check in time was promt no delays. Slightly disapppointed that we didn't have towels changed throughout a 7 day stay

Loved the terrace area and the apartment itself .

No English channels on tv and sofa in living area not very comfortable to sit on during the day

The apartment has great potential but it's really out of date. The bed is terrible and we used the sofa in the living room.

The apartment has everything you would need and the size of the balcony south facing with two sun beds and table and chairs and umbrella was impressive. No need to queue in the morning which was excellent

The bar and restaurant on site was closed for most of the time we were there. However I do understand that this is out of the apartment ownership control

The property was clean, had everything in it and had a great terrace
