The host is very friendly, the room was very cozy and the bed very comfortable. I was there for a concert near the University and so the location was really good as it was mid way between the city center and the University area. The city center is just a ten minute bus drive away.

Alison was an amazing host. A lovely quiet area of West Hull with a local festival over the weekend. Absolutely 💯 brilliant. Will definitely go back.

Was nicely decorated
Bedroom stunk of urine sheets were dirty hadn’t been washed from last person! Owner was very unhelpful. Very unbalanced individual. No tv in room. She didn’t want me to have breakfast that is advertised. She created a very bad atmosphere and I couldn’t wait to leave!

They was no breakfast or TV in room but what you pay for is what to expect the owner is very pleasent and welcoming and to offer her home is lovely really polite good value for money if you just need a bed
