Property was nicely decorated and comfortable throughout

Bedding for the sofa bed was on the floor in the side room which was not hygienic. Sheet was left on the sofa bed so was not sure if previously used. Bedding should ideally be kept in a separate container/box and above the floor to provide assurances. A short guide about any housekeeping would help including the alarm (the details of which we were not provided with to turn off when it was set off when we first arrived). There were quite a few cars driving, slowing down/parking very close to property which was a bit disconcerting.

The property was clean and smelt fresh as soon we walked through the door. The beds were comfy and being able to sit out in the garden for some fresh air was also nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to hire this place again when next visiting Manchester.
