Central Residence Apartment 212, B4

I recently stayed at this apartment during my trip to Bucharest. The property itself was very nice and the location was good — not exactly in the city center, but still convenient enough to reach most places easily.

A few things could be improved for a better guest experience. We found the sheets and towels a bit dirty upon arrival. The listing mentioned that toiletries and essentials would be provided, but laundry capsules for the washing machine were missing. When we asked, the owner said they were not included in our apartment’s price, which was a bit surprising. The bathroom bathtub had some hair left in it, and it would be great if the kitchen included an oven as well. Also, the heating element wasn’t working during our stay, air con was provided but when we turned on it push out very bad smell air and the main door knob (door handle) were broken from inside. Overall, the apartment has great potential with a few small improvements. The stay was pleasant, but a bit more attention to cleanliness and amenities would make it excellent. The flat is modern and nicely decorated as well as fully equipped for everything we needed. The location was good but we needed to take public transport everywhere and the metro stop was the furthest so we used buses and trams only. The check in and check out process were super smooth too. The flat was soacious and comfy and it had black out curtains which was helpful

We were only given 3 towels for 2 adults(2 for body one for hair) but no hand towel was provided so after a few days we struggled for dry towels as the weather was good so the heating was not on. There were hair pins in the toilet when we arrived and the hand soap provided finished the first day so perhaps making sure to replenish it before each guest would be advisable. We also stayed there for 4 nights and we were only offered 2 10ml bottles of shower gel/shampoo so we couldn't wash our hair as we would have run out of shower gel and hand wash too early

In living: Canapea cu pete mari de murdărie, covor îmbâcsit, un fotoliu frumos cu tapițerie alba dar în realitate foarte uzat. În dormitor: un pat foarte firav, slab, o saltea subțire, moale, uzată. Unul dintre prosoape era pătat cu sânge.

The place was very clean and cosy. We had everything for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and choose again.
