G5 - Studio Apartment - City Center

The location

Think we stayed in a converted shop or garage,no wardrobes wires hanging out the ceiling, no smoke alarm poor lighting no health and safety everything was falling to bits. One small window and the wooden door was like a barn door

The property was basic but clean and had most things needed. Only thing missing was somewhere to hang clothes. Bed was comfortable and shower was very good.

No hanging space for clothes. Door is a little stiff to close which means slamming it and making noise for neighbours.

The facilities were great and enough. Everything that I needed was there.

No parking

Great location for walking everywhere. I asked for extra towels and pillows before we arrived and they did provide this ready for us.

There was only one cup, no saucepan but we called them and they did provide after a day. It was very dark inside as a converted garage and hard to work out how to enter when we first arrived and no signs to say we had arrived at the right place. The tv also didn’t work and we contacted them but no one came and sorted it. It was incredibly nosey at night with music playing until 4am.

Nothing.

They gave 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels for a 4 night stay. Bed was comfortable, but sheets had holes in them. We also had 1 coffee cup for our stay. My husband drank his coffee, that we brought, out of 1 of the 2 glasses. The only thing you could get on TV was Netflix and we just kept going into someone’s account that was on the tv. Also, I forgot to mention the disgusting entry into the apartment, trash cans at the door and cigarette butts all over the place.

Location was fine, a short walk to the bus and restaurants all around.

We had been traveling for just over 2 weeks upon our arrival. Did not have wifi so was not able to preview a utube video that the Host sent to our email; with instructions on how to unlock the unit. Talked to the Host on the phone, he was rude about the video when I explained about inability to watch the video; he actually hung up on me! Called again, he explained how the door handle worked to accept the code. However, the door it 1st worked on was a small complex and our unit was not in that building. Our unit was right beside it; could not believe our code opened both doors. The unit was clean and there were plenty of dishes and cutlery. However, it appears to be a converted garage, only one small window as depicted in the booking site, the room is very dark; more lighting would be a benefit.
