Property is fine, everything clean.

But the smell 🫣🫣🫣 You should know that cat lived there, and the smell all over house is horrible. It stinks so much that it seems this cat shit everywhere before. I used to have cat befor, but it never stinks like that.

Close to the highway and an easy drive to the neighbourhood area. It was quiet at night and the house was clean and tidy.

The two bathrooms are actually one toilet and the other is bath. the room has a slightly pungent cleaner smell when you first enter.
