I have booked my room in this hotel. After I came for checkin and I have confirmed booking. They told me you don't have booking in this hotel, and they moved me to another nearby suites apartment next door. And they told me this happen all the time, Customer by mistake come here for booking. So I paid same amount and booking same duration but next door suites. This was really unprofessional

The apartment is spacious, clean and everything works. Good for a longer stay in Danang.

I expected a serviced apartment, but this was a bit different in the sense that though it was part of a building of serviced apartments called Altara Suites, it was individually owned and managed. Hence, I had to contact the owner for everything and there was no housekeeping service or other services. It worked fine for us because our stay was short, and this is just for the information of other travellers.
