AUNew ground floor apartment in a big complex of apartments. It was well appointed and the kitchen was well supplied. Parking right outside the unit.
The check in process is like pulling teeth. Before arrival I had to provide check in details again, photos of ID, and a $200 bond through an onerous online process before the door code would be released. I could manage it, but anyone less comfortable with tech or without access to their email would be stranded. (note: this isn't unique to this property unfortunately).

NZLocation was great, very central and you could walk to a lot of places instead of drive. Very spacious for the size of property and it felt really secure and safe. Parking was excellent.
The property could do with a little maintenance. The shower door didn't close properly and the shelf in the shower kept falling off the wall which was annoying. I'm not entirely sure the fridge is working properly either as it didn't seem to keep things very cool.
