The accomdation is in a great location overlooking the pool and gardens with its own private outside area. The place is very well equiped with everything that you could need and the wifi is excellent. Communication with the hosts is really good, and they were very quick to help us out when we had an issue with our car being towed away for a parking violation.

Signage for parking! The bays at the side of the road you are not allowed to park in look the same as the ones that you are allowed to park in. There are no warnings, as your car is towed away in the middle of the night (11 p.m.). It costs 180 euros to get it released from the impound 5 miles away. When you are arriving, unloading, and just looking for an available space, it is easy to miss the signs as you parallel park into a space. It would have been helpful to have been warned beforehand to watch where you parked and to have clearer signage. That said, it was clearly our fault for parking in the wrong place, and after the event, I could see this, and so can't really complain.

La struttura è situata in un'ottima posizione vicino al mare e belle spiaggie, offre comfort e tranquillità con un adorabile cortile interno e piscina...il portico è senza dubbio la zona più piacevole

La ubicación buena, wifi buena, urbanización muy tranquila.

pero no nos esperaban para entregar las llaves, estuvimos finalmente una hora esperando, llamamos muchas veces y nos llamaron por telefono indicándonos que habían tenido una incidencia con la moto, un varon, y finalmente apareció una señora. No funcionaba la cerradura de la salida a la terraza y tras una semana seguía sin funcionar, pasábamos el resbalón a mano, no teniamos indicaciones de como poner el aire acondicionado y se conectaba y desconectaba a pesar de intentar apagarlo. Uno de los baños tenía la tapa del inodoro rota y vinieron a arreglarla, en el otro baño la cisterna no cerraba bien y el agua goteaba, no se arreglo durante nuestra estancia. A la cama de matrimonio le sonaban los muelles del colchón y también avisamos de la incidencia, desconozco si siguen sin sustituir el colchón. Somos usuarios de booking desde hace varios años, y además agentes de viajes tanto mi marido como yo, y desde luego intentaremos que la proxima reserva no sea con esta inmobiliaria.

El apartamento cumple con las expectativas. Al ser un bajo tienes la piscina al lado de la terraza, resulta muy cómodo. La piscina está genial. Es una urbanización familiar, muy tranquila y sin poco o nada de ocio nocturno.

Aún sabiendo q la salida era a las 10:00 h, nos “invitaron” a salir a las 10:02, simplemente abrieron la puerta cuando ya nos disponíamos abandonar el apartamento. Algo violento, aunque nos dieron 5 min de cortesía.
