Недорогой вариант для ночлега. Можно приготовить завтрак или что-то ещё самостоятельно. Всё заявленное соответствует. Прекрасный мягкий матрас! По запросу можно получить необходимые дополнения через горничную. Оплачивали налом на месте. Вежливая и оперативная переписка с хозяйкой.

Вход на оживлённом перекрёстке узких улочек

Комфортный номер. В номере душевая, унитаз. Чисто уютно. Сплит система. Имеется кухня. Во дворе трасса где можно отдохнуть. Отличный район, в шаговой доступности многие достопримечательности, , метро. Гостеприимная, радушная хозяйка. Всегда на связи. Остались довольны. Рекомендуем.

Appartamento nuovo, ottimi interni, ben tenuto, ottimi servizi e angolo cucina attrezzato. Comunicazione eccellente e in tempo reale con la proprietaria. Ottima posizione per le nostre esigenze di vicinanza alla stazione di Avlabari.

Pleasant accommodation with plenty of space, fully equipped and bright. The apartment was clean and felt fresh. It is also quiet: we had minimal nuisance from neighbors and street noise. It is located in a very pleasant neighborhood, when staying in Tbilisi for a few days. Close to the metro station and larger supermarket.

The mattress is quite soft. (Fortunately) Not because it is an old mattress, but because a soft mattress was chosen. You sink into it quite a bit and found this not very comfortable. Furthermore, the contact - for example with check-in - could have been a bit clearer. We received a late response to the questions we asked in advance. Eventually we had indicated exactly what time we were arriving, but no one was there. Fortunately, we had internet on our phone and could reach the owner. Someone came fairly quickly with the key. We also found out shortly before departure that we had not yet paid. We had to leave the money on the table. I found it strange that this was not arranged from the host and we thought of this ourselves last minute (by chance). It would also be nice if there was a number sign at the house. Now we walked into the neighbor's house and found out we were wrong. It would be easy to hang a number sign and the name of the apartment complex next to the front door.

Everything was perfect. The room was super clean, host was so nice and the location was so quiet and also so close to beautiful places.
