Przepiękne widoki, bardzo zadbany teren, możliwość gry w piłkę (bramki) i koszykówkę, fajny basen z pięknym widokiem z leżaków, mnóstwo przestrzeni w domu. Dla kilku osób jest wydzielona część na piętrze z oddzielnym wejściem.

Prysznicom i kabinom przydałby się remont.
