Zennova #24, FLOW Nikiti Family Apt

We had a wonderful stay at Zennova, the apartment is clean, modern, matches the pictures. Stelios was very kind host, they had left water and wine in the fridge, as well as coffee at our disposal, so nice! Greatly recommend!

Zennova #24 Nikiti is a very nice place, we came here in a location without any review, but we found a very nice apartment. i think we were the 2nd guests in location, the wash machine was proper set up when we reached location (1 hour before normal check in hours). i liked a lot Stelios who explained us stuff there and gaved the keys, and showed us where the parking spot is, also left some water, coffe (very good nexpresso), and all stuff needed for self cleaning location is about 700meters far from the beach, going to the port and back is a 4km long walk :) but was nice to do it, made over 16k steps each day, if you go with car there is 50m unpaved road, and about 2minutes drive to beach where most of the time you can find a parking space, but i liked beers more :) so no driving in the afternoon everything is new and works propertly in apartments, except the tv antenna which was not set up yet, but we didnt need it anyway, the internet router is powerfull to reach any location in apartment, with a speed of 50Mbps so is good for anything very calm area, almost no sound from the neighbours, 9 days there and only one with an amber alert for rainign which kept us in house, but a very nice holiday - mosquitoes are present in all halkidiki, so even if the weather is lovely at night, it`s mostly impossible to stay out without getting bites from them, the apartment has protections at each doors/windows, but somehow they found their way in

none of this is a deal breaker, this should be some ahead reminders for next guests - location on map photo is on the next street, but around 50-70m away, proper coordinates are 40.215278, 23.675084 - at 06:00 and 21:00 the water sprinklers are starting to spray water to the front grass but if you have towels left to dry near garden bedroom, or you have a laptop or stay at the table, you will get wet fast, maybe they should be sligtly adjusted to solve this issue. if you can put a message to the guest will be nice, we got our bath towels and beach towels wet first night - 2 towels for bath are in each room, nobody changes them, nobody comes for cleaning, i see on zennova page (not on booking) that cleaning is an extra service, so each 2 days you need to self wash (there is an automatic machine there so no worries) the towels, not really an issue but good to knnow before
