"Cabin is way at the top of Ober Gatlinburg and you see bears a lot. Very good location and views!"

clean and fast response to entry code not working

hot tub didn’t work. they called a couple days before to let me know but me and my older kids were looking forward to it. I think a discount or credit should of been issued but it wasn’t. other than pet friendly that was the other thing I was looking for in my search of properties.

Great private cabin. Good views, great back porch.Very clean,will be back.

The drive to and from Gatlinburg is a little tedious if you are planning on doing many things in town, and there are no quick trips to the store. Great place to stay if you want to get away from it all.

you can’t beat the location! outstanding!

it could use a little tic. lampshades in the Raccoon room are torn and the bed in that room wasn’t the best. sponge toppers they’d put on the mattress slipped around and the waterproof mattress cover made it hot to sleep on. there were no oven mitts in the kitchen and only one dish towel. the jetted tubs in each bathroom were awesome as was the outside hot tub. The cabin is great overall, just a few little things. we would definitely book again!

The property was beautiful, the views were wonderful and the location was better than expected. Will want to stay here again.

Had to get use to driving up the the cabin, but overall it was not bad.

"Overall great stay but getting there is a nightmare!"

The place itself is great. We really loved the layout and the dual master suites. It really made our stay with family comfortable and spacious while being cozy at the same time. The gas fireplace was nice and the hot tub was spectacular. There's also absolute privacy as you are pretty much at the top of the mountain.

Getting to the location was very difficult in the dark. Fortunately no one else was on the road so we were able to crawl up the mountain at our own pace. The roads are very narrow and you should be in the proper vehicle (getting to this place requires lots of sharp, uphill (or downhill, depending on which way you are going) turns and steep inclines. I can see how it would be dangerous in certain weather conditions that travelers may not be accustomed to. We ended up not venturing out as much because of this.
