Cozy Home W/ King Bed & Lake access

Quiet, cozy, cute, pet friendly and clean inside. Air conditioning worked well.

Didn't seem fully prepared for for visitors, wet laundry in the dryer, no wash rags, no dish rags, nothing to hang clothing or towels, no shower soap, spiders in every corner of the bathroom, shower leaked onto the floor, corners of the shower weren't clean, outlet over sink doesn't work, there was no coffee there was no tea, no coffee maker for the coffee we did bring. Beach access? The outside area could have been cleaned up more.

Property was private and short drive to town.

We were disappointed with our stay. The unit was not properly cleaned or maintained. Upon arrival, the room smelled damp, the trash had not been taken out from the prior guest, and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. There were cobwebs throughout the space, including under the couch, and dead bugs on the floor. A broken vacuum and a wet mop bucket were left in the living room, which made the place feel unkempt. The property itself also had several issues: the outdoor landscaping was not maintained, the dryer and fireplace were not functional, and only three towels were provided despite an open shower setup. A dirty rag was left on a shelf, and the remotes for the air conditioning units had no batteries. Overall, the condition of the property was unacceptable, and a bad value.

Nothing. We were not able to access it because it was already occupied by another couple who had booked it through AirBnB!

It was filthy (garbage piled on curb, and we were informed by the occupants that it smelled and the sheets were dirty).

It was a very cute little place wih a cozy vibe and good amenities like outdoor furniture and firepit.

There were some things that needed to be tidied up such as the outdoors (needed to be mowed and patio furniture cleaned off) and overall supplied were low/out (paper towels, dish soap, ect/) Things were also in the washer and dryer and the dryer didnt work.
