"A very friendly helpful host Luigi ,comfortable accommodation,great location."

Breakfast not included kitchen facilities so you cd make but right across street is Cafe Latino .Luigi the host is always available to contact and is very friendly and helpful made me feel very welcome.The accommodation is in a very safe building(I was travelling alone this time)and is between Via Roma and the Quattro Canti so very near everything and handy to walk to station or get airport bus.Building has a lift too.The kitchen is well equipped ,will definately use again had a lovely week in Palermo so much to see and do.

La ubicación es perfecta. La terraza muy agradable. La comunicación con Luigi fue perfecta a través de WhatsApp, fue muy atento y agradable ayudándonos a llegar muy tarde por la noche.

The location was excellent. Close proximity to everything. Luigi was very kind and was always ready to help in any way he could. We appreciated the kitchen and dining room facilities which allowed us to prepare our own meals when we felt like it Thanks for the help with my luggage in getting to the bus stop from the accomodation. A very smooth and comfortable trip which I would highly recommend as an alternative to the bus or train from the train station. Arrivederci a Palermo e spero ritornare presto . Auguri di Australia!!! A safe in the room would be useful and a regular clean if booking for one week. Also I would have appreciated a reduction for the 7 days e.g pay for 6 days and the 7th day free

Sijainti todella hyvä historiallisen keskustan tuntumassa. Siisti huoneisto. Ulko-oven jälkeen aulassa tyolihissi, jolla pyörätuolin käyttäjäkun pääsi kätevästi yläkerroksiin. Esteetön wc-ja suihkutila. Meille tuotiin myös erikseen tuoli suihkuun pyörätuolilaiselle. Isännän palvelu oli erinomaista.

Wc:hen voisi asentaa toisenkin kääntyvän kahvan helpottamaan wc-asiointia.
