The fact that was spacious.

The second-floor bathroom exhibited a persistent and unpleasant odor of sulfur compounds/rotten eggs upon the flushing of the toilet or use of the sink. The bins outside the front door emitted a very bad smell, which permeated the interior upon door openings. The kitchen environment presented concerns, including unclean conditions, dated appliances, and an unsanitary refrigerator. Evidence of pest activity, specifically ants, was observed emanating from beneath the refrigerator. The living area featured soiled and aged furnishings, including uncomfortable sofas and a dirty rug. The garden was unkempt, with uncontrolled plant growth. The balcony surfaces were contaminated with pigeon excrement. The provided photographic documentation does not accurately reflect the current condition of the property.

The host didn't send through the details for the key box until the following day. So after paying them £1000 I was unable to get into the premises and had to sleep in my vehicle. It's a disgrace. Still awaiting any communication back about this.

I liked the freedom and space to choose from. Great free parking, great local amenities and 5 minute drive to the city centre

Location, size of home , clean and tidy, cost , easy key pick up and return , toiletries, teas and coffees etc

Just needs a few tweaks : Broken toaster, blind in back bedroom broken, water for bath tepid , top floor bathroom drain smells .

Location and space.

BBQ was inactive and had been neglected. One of the beds are broken. Table in the living room was on its last legs and broken. There is a funny smell in the master bedroom bathroom affecting the smell of the master bedroom. Cigarettes were all over the garden. The showers were either luke warm or really hot. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony as the pigeons had made a ‘mess’ of it. No dishwasher. No washing machine tabs, couldn’t find any extra bin liners. Bathroom, shower gel (tiny) doubled up as hand wash. Only 1 garden chair available. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again.
