Absolutely stunning hotel with amazing views. The pools, bars, and room were all perfect — everything looked beautiful and made the stay feel very special.

The only strange thing was the staff. No one smiled at us when we arrived, when we asked about the pools, or even when we left. It felt as if the hotel management had just shouted at the entire staff, and everyone seemed close to tears for the whole two days we stayed there. Like literally I felt like every employee had just cried their hearts out when we talked to them. Or maybe they hate foreign people? Please also note: although the hotel has signs stating that all hotel guests have access to the infinity pool after 8:00 PM, this is not true, it's a lie. After 8:00 PM, access is still only allowed for suite guests. We tried to explain to the staff that they should remove the signs if the information is incorrect, but they did not listen and instead kept arguing against us. I do not understand why they acted this way, especially when the proof is clearly visible on the first-floor door, where the sign by the pool entrance states this. Great hotel, but apparently hotel management is very incapable and don't know how to run things.
