It had the necessities. The owners were quick to reply to messages.

I had to contact the owner for instructions for check-in the day we were leaving and there were no instructions for check-out. Once again I had to ask for instructions. There were quite a few broken things (the sliding glass door which we were instructed not to use, the arm of the couch in one of the living rooms.). It needed a lot of cosmetic work. Also, there was an eviction notice on the door one day when we came back at the end of the day. Did not feel the need to take any photos.

Location

Lawn care wasn’t presentable. Restricted access to pool. Liability if window screens were to break while trying to access back yard.

The property is centrally located. The pool was nice for the 100 degree weather. The property is roomy and clean.

Several pieces of furniture were broken. Sliding door was hard to open. Bathroom shower was also hard to open. Overall the facility was a bit outdated and in need of repairs.

The house has bad maintenance and needs to be fixed, not clean and not good

Spacious, clean and well located. The house comfortably accommodated our family of 7. Easily reached from the airport on a quiet residential block. Convenient access via keypad. Rooms were comfortable. Kitchen was big and had the basic utensils, spices and condiments. Highly recommend.

Beautiful outdoor patio, but a bit tricky getting out there as the sliding door was offline and the walkway from outside was not well tended.

Good location, close to everything

Pool was cold, although no fault of the owners!
