The room was quiet, even though it was in the old town, and had interesting architecture. The owner was friendly and helpful and communicated well. The breakfast was excellent

Excellent location near restaurants, cafes, the sea and public transport. Easy to get to places like Lecce, Ostuni and the airport by train and Alberebello by bus. Breakfast was typically Italian and perfectly adequate.

Location - in the city center . Daily cleaning . These are good moments. You could have left your luggage .

Unfortunately, at the end of October, there was no longer a full breakfast in the apartment, as in the photo when booking. Instead, there was a coupon for a visit to a nearby cafe where only coffee and a croissant were served.

This incredible well appointed rustic B&B is a gem tucked away in the old town of Monopoli and ideally placed to explore the town and the area. Scrupulously cleaned daily, we had everything we needed, including a locally sourced breakfast every morning, delicious coffee and a very welcoming host. Flexibility to use the breakfast room facilities during the day, with access to the fridge was also very welcomed to chill the local wine/cheese and an honesty box ideal if wished. On hand with suggestions of places to visit and maps to guide you there our host, Masimmo was so kind and helpful to us. It's panoramic roof terrace is like finding a secret place where you can relax with stunning views over Monopoli. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend!

Nothing! Some B&B stays can feel intrusive but a perfect tone is struck here with the hosts staying out with the property but being very accessible whenever you may need them.

Everything was great!! Traveling with mom, we stayed for 1 night Location is amazing, as you are in the middle of all the activities, but at night it’s not noisy to sleep Place has enough space and light, bed was comfortable Roof terrace has spectacular view, especially during the sunset Breakfast was sooo tasty! Thank you 🙏🏼 The best part for us was early self checkin which is really convenient( we also were allowed to drop off bags in the building earlier) Also you can communicate with the owner through WhatsApp directly, which is easier and way more convenient
