"Horrible place"

This place is expensive and an absolute dump Mold in refrigerator,water running in toilet,bugs in soap holder,rust in fridge,dresser was nasty.The door wouldn't open and close properly.It needs shut down permanently.Ww couldn't even stay and they refused a refund

Leaky faucet, dirty moldy tub, crawling bugs, flying bugs, smelled like a sewer outside the room.

"I have been do that.i will never stay here and tell will spread the word about how horrible"

Flea bag had mildew smell when I walked in the room. (I had my personal room spray). No way to sweep.

The toilet was rattled when you sit. Weary about the shower it smelled they didn’t sweep between days. I traveled a 2 yr old. She spilt peanut butter pretzels and no way to sweep it up and most of the power plugs didn’t work

"Worst experience I’ve ever had will never stay there again"

The front desk staff was terrible they both tried to talk to me at the same time and I told them they were confusing. I had asked for towels to be placed in my room the next day as we were going out with friends came back to room at 8:30pm and same wet towels in the floor. There was no chairs in the room just so happened my husband had a camping chair in the car which he brought in to use.

"Don’t stay here complete garbage."

NOTHING! It did not match the pictures presented. There was no lock on the door or remoter for the tv. They could not find my reservation and then tried to double bill me. I left. - never stayed. I want my money back!!!!

"I know that the price meant it was going to be questionable at best, but I fell short of that."

Location was good for a base of operations to visit New River Gorge National Park. The girl who checked me in was pleasant in demeanor.

The room was in poor shape, felt dirty, looked run down, and had thin walls. The check-in area smelled. I couldn't tell if it was the space or the girl who helped me.

"Bad"

I need a refund because they did not have my reservation on the books. The place was an absolute dump. I did not stay there so refund me my money. I had to get another place to stay. Most horrible motel I have ever seen.

You name it, there was nothing to like.

"Run don't walk"

The staff was very friendly and recommended a good Italian restaurant nearby

The noise from the dogs in the next room. They barked constantly. The entire complex smelled of dog urine and heavy air spray trying to cover it up. The bathroom shower leaked all the time, constantly. I think it was a rent by the month establishment. The lights did not work either.
