"Other than the driver's licence hiccup, everything else was excellent."

The unit was immaculate and had everything that we needed. It was private, safe and close to the beach and other attractions in the area. Cleaning staff were very accomodating.

Driver's licence was needed to verify entry. Unfortunately, unbeknown to both my partner and I, both our driver's licences had expired, and we struggled to get entry into the complex with our vehicle. Surely this should not be a pre-requisite to enter the premises. ID should be sufficient.

The place was awesome. So relaxing and peaceful. So much to do. Loved the set up of the villa and how homely it was. Having a smart TV and the kitchen amenities was a big plus for us. Felt like being home.

The pools weren't heated being such a well established place they should consider it. The lighting outside the villa should be looked into one light isn't sufficient has my husband walked out and down the stairs the last step was not visible. He twisted his ankle very badly. Also there was a broken tile on the outside entrance which isn't safe.
