"Lovely apartment"

Beautiful and well-kept apartment on 13th floor with gorgeous views. Excellent security.

This really has nothing to do with the rental, but my phone was stolen while I was staying there (but I was out in the street when it happened). The unfortunate thing for me was that the person at the desk hardly spoke any English, and was unable to help me when I needed to find transport, because he couldn't understand me.
