202 Spacious Hayward Entire 4BR SFH

If you like cheap furniture, you will like the place. If you like cigarette butts at the front entrance in the lava rock, you will like the place. If you like a back yard with an old water heater and scrap lumber laying around in the two foot high weeds, you will like the place.

The main bathroom that was for the three front bedrooms was disgusting. There was a lot of mold in the bathtub. The floor was dirty. My wife and son in law mentioned that the toilets appear to leak and the Master suite bathroom stunk like there might be a bad seal for the toilet. There was hair from earlier guests and the light over the hallway bathroom sink had two of the four lights not working. I would love to be able to include photographs to verify these conditions but I can't seem to find a way to post them.

A lot of space, nice back yard, clean.
