Location's perfect for visting Irlam and Caddishead.

Mattress in the middle sized room is knackered, and two mattress toppers can't remedying that. Kitchen lino is wrinkled like there has been a big leak in the past, slight damp smell suggests some work may be needed.

Value for money. Really can't beat it for the price! Very quiet area and was convenient for getting to the Trafford Center and other parts of South Manchester.

The single bed is definitely best for a small person only. We were 3 men travelling for work so naturally one of us ended up in the small single. Ofcourse, this is not the fault of the owners, it's just something to be aware of if you are travelling as a group of adults.

"Perfect stay"

The house is beautiful and very spacious my husband has fell in love with the house and the area was perfect for us to attend our sons wedding, it was very clean the beds were comfortable and it had everything you need for a few days stay and having the drive was a bonus Checking in was easy using the pin provided cannot fault it it was perfect . The hosts were available anytime via message or phone but didn't need to contact them as all was excellent 👍 Would definitely book again
