Staff was very helpful and lovely. Room with pool access was amazing.

Location is at the quieter end of Karon beach. But it’s only a short walk to the Main Street with restaurants or a taxi ride to Patong or kata beach

Large room/accommodation. Nice pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

Shower water pressure was weak. 50 THB for a bucket of ice. Pool barmaid disinterested in her job, it seemed. The shared "gym" was tiny and only had three cardio machines and not weights.

room was nice but dated, pool at door was good didnt get to use it as it rained the whole time we were there, view from room was very nice, food was good except for the bacon, staff were amazingly helpful.

the bed and pillows were extremly hard, no usb ports in the room, curtains didnt cover bedroom window and there were flood lights in the garden outside that stayed on all night, need to learn how to cook bacon correctly.

The room was very spacious, the pool was always super clean and the food from the restaurant was exceptional.

Sometimes the staff didn’t follow through or go above. E.g. I was trying to book a tour and it was really difficult so after a while I said “don’t worry about it” and they said “okay” instead of following through and helping. I think it’s difficult when English isn’t your first language.

Absolutely amazing place!! I was sad to leave!!

Good size room & the pool

The bed is hard

I liked the style and overall environment . I liked the location foo it was near a lot of good stuff . The food was very good too! Staff friendly and helpful. It was stylish , boujie and clean. We liked the walkways and nature .

The walls were thin and we could hear the people next door in bed at night . Also crossing the road to enter the hotel at night was a bit scary . At night we kept accidentally stepping on snails after it rained too.

The property itself is absolutely stunning
