Gute Lage - zweite Reihe zum Meer, im Innenhof sehr ruhig, Appartment direkt am Pool toll. Anlage insgesamt schön.

Frühstück leider eher lieblos - das geht besser.

Úžasné místo, klid, krásná zahrada v hotelu. Milý a ochotný personál. Nic nebyl problém zařídit, uvařit a donést na “pokoj”. Výborná kuchyně. Snídaně úžasná - na žádost vám uvaří čerstvá vajíčka podle vaší chuti. Hotel je kousek od pláže a všech možných obchodu, masáži apod.

Beautiful and peaceful tropical villa accommodation. I'm already planning my next visit.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel is located in a small secluded "jungle" area, very secluded, beautiful, clean, authentic, with a complete atmosphere of relaxation. Large villas with a very, very large bed where you can enjoy peace and quiet, but as soon as you step over the threshold of the hotel you are immersed in the bustling life of Karon, the beach is a ten-minute walk away.

The girl at the reception is absolutely in the wrong place. I have no idea who decided to put her there — but that was a huge mistake. She managed to ruin the entire impression of the hotel within the first ten seconds. Starting with her appearance. She looked terribly unkempt — her hair was piled on top of her head in a messy bun, as if she had just finished mopping the floors at home, and she was wearing a stretched-out pink T-shirt. But the most “impressive” thing was her rudeness and complete lack of helpfulness. We arrived as a group of three, with our friend who was staying at a hotel on the next street. Our plan was simple: drop off our luggage, check in, then go check him in and have dinner together. But she made such a scene, and it was so unpleasant for all three of us that we almost turned around and left. The way she spoke to guests who had literally just arrived was completely unacceptable. I really hope the hotel management pays attention to this review. She’s the face of the hotel — and not a pleasant one. Throughout our entire stay, whenever our friend came by so we could head out together, she would make a fuss again, saying that since he was a visitor, he had to fill out a form to enter the premises. Only after the tenth time, when you tell her “calm down, we’re just grabbing a backpack from our room and leaving in five minutes,” would she finally stop. I don’t know what kind of instructions she’s been given, but she behaves like a guard dog barking at everyone who walks in. Very unpleasant. And for all four days she sat at the reception like Cerberus, with her messy hair and that same stretched-out pink T-shirt. Really, just awful. I have a feeling she’s somehow related to the hotel owners — otherwise no one else would get away with that kind of behavior. We’re definitely never coming back to this hotel again. The place is old, long past its prime, breakfast was meager and tasteless, the room had clearly seen better days, smelled of old, stale
