The location is very good, very close to all means of public transport. I rented in February and as a thermal comfort it was ok

Cleaning leaves something to be desired, when we entered in apartment it was an indescribable smell (some cigarette smoke combined with other things) that bothered us the most. Parking at the property is a little more difficult than described

Super appartement conforme aux photos. L'emplacement est super, on est a 20 minutes du centre ville et on peux prendre le bus, le tramway et le métro juste en bas de l'immeuble. Il y a des épiceries juste en bas aussi (mega image). Nous avons pris le taxi pour venir de l'Aéroport via les bornes jaunes présentent dans le hall et avons paye 50 RON en cash, c'est le prix correct si il n'y a pas de bouchon. Je recommande ce logement.

L'eau de la douche n'était pas tres chaude (tiede)

The host was very polite and welcoming, and the apartment is in a great location and was clean. However.

there were two major issues that were difficult to overlook, especially in winter. First, the central heating was not working at all. The AC unit in the living room only warmed that room, while the rest of the apartment remained cold. ​Second, there was a problem with the hot water. The heater in the bathroom was only sufficient for showering; it did not provide hot water for the bathroom sink or the kitchen. This meant I had to wash my hands and the dishes with cold water. These issues made the stay uncomfortable despite the host's hospitality.

Poco e niente

Anche sé l’appartamento si trovava al sesto piano si sentiva troppo il rumore della strada le finestre non sono buone. La mancanza di un scaldabagno con la sostituzione di un apparecchio strano mai visto che scaldava l’acqua al istante non risolve il problema per quanto poteva riscaldare silo a bassa pressione quindi impossibile fare la doccia. E per ultimo un impianto elettrico esterno muro presente nella casa non è normale per niente.

Der Stadtteil hat öfters Ausfälle des Warmwassers. Hier gibt es einen zusätzlichen Durchlauferhitzer, somit ist kann man auch dann noch duschen (tatsächlich gab es auch während unseres Aufenthalts einen Ausfall, aber wir hatten ja warmes Wasser)

Man sollte bedenken, dass man sehr zentral wohnt, entsprechend ist es etwas lauter, aber das hat uns nicht gestört

Initial am inchiriat apartamentul pentru ca scria ca este cu 2 dormitoare… dar de fapt are 1 dormitor si 1 living.

CURATENIA LIPSEȘTE,nu este facut curat sau este curățenie superficială,cu miros neplăcut de transpirație,miros oribil in apartament,baia murdara,bucataria la fel,televizor care nu a mai fost sters de cateva luni,usi murdare,geamuri,etc! Peste tot foarte murdar

Cel mai mult mi-a plăcut atmosfera primitoare și confortul camerei. Totul a fost foarte curat și bine organizat, iar proprietarul extrem de amabil și atent. Locația excelentă în apropiere de metrou și liniile de tramvai au făcut șederea și mai plăcută. Cu siguranță aș reveni cu drag

Nu am motive sa nu îmi fii plăcut ceva
