The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are a good size and well appointed. The location is ideal - it felt safe and was quiet, yet was close to amenities and within easy walking distance of all the main sights. Kiko provided lots of very useful information including suggestions about what to see and do, as well as where to shop and eat. We had an excellent week and really enjoyed our time in Seville.

Kiko our host was fantastic. He was always there to help and just went above and beyond. The apartment was excellent. All the amenties were first class and there was keyless entry. The location was excellent. A vibrant community. Lots of shops cafes supermarkets and public transport and you can easily walk to the city centre. Seville is a fantastic place this was one of the best holidays weve ever had.

The host met me to explain the app-operated door system. VERY nice of him.

I liked absolutely everything about this apartment--it was spacious, comfortable, functional, and in a pleasant but central neighborhood that wasn't overwhelmed with tourists. The host was exceptionally nice, and friendly, and generous, and very, VERY helpful.

The host Kiko was super helpful with providing info about places to see in Seville and restaurants to go to. He was giving detailed information about certain features of the flat (door opening system, dishwasher etc) and checked on us daily via text. The apartment has a nice size,with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a big living/dining room with a big sleeper sofa and a nice sized fully stacked kitchen. Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! The location is perfect!Walking distance to everything! Tons of restaurants,Cafés,stores, supermarkets and lots of must see attractions (churches, las setas!!! and other sites) close by.

The host is really helpful, friendly, and responsive to any query, clean and fully equipped flat, the neighborhood is quite safe and vibrant, as a family of five we just wished to stay for longer :)

No central Heating

Hi we were unfortunately there last week for midterm so lots of rain so didn't see or do as much as we'd have liked! Thankfully the apartment was lovely as we were in more than usual on holiday & Kiko the owner was beyond helpful really over & above would definitely stay again! Highly recommend 😀
