NZExcellent location, very clean and nicely decorated. Super clear check in instructions and great communication from host.
Only downsides were that is is very noisy at night (really appreciated the provided ear plugs otherwise I would have got zero sleep) and the elevator sometimes wasn’t working or would randomly stop at every floor, opening and closing doors multiple times etc… but I did notice they’re going to be upgrading them soon.

NZHannah, the host, was very accommodating and made everything so very easy to check in and out. The apartment has everything needed for short or longer stays, is right in the center with all the conveniences around you.
It is fairly noisy, but you have to expect this being in the city.

GBIt’s a fantastic space, right in the heart of the city. I walked everywhere. Everything you need is in the apartment. The check in instructions were very clear.
I can’t say there was anything major. Only one lift was working throughout my stay and on one day neither were working. Luckily it wasn’t the day I arrived or left as that could have created a problem as the apartment is on the 5th floor.

Didn't have its own secure parking so Ended up parking in Federal st carpark.. Car got broken into so was pretty annoyed.
THHost is very helpful and good communication with me. The location is excellent, near every place we want. The room is clean and full equipped.
Near the road as sometime loud noise from below traffic.
