It’s clean, spacious for a group, close to the city center & value for money.

The water pressure is not strong :(

The low score is due to our terrible experience with the host. To be fair, the apartment itself and the location are very good and would have received a very high rating if not for the rude treatment we received from the host. We arrived at the apartment and immediately discovered that the internet wasn't working. A Wi-Fi connection was very critical for us so I immediately contacted the host and asked him to take care of it (the host doesn't live in the accommodation). He suggested that I try to solve it on my own. After an hour I didn't succeed, I contacted him again and he said he would send someone within half an hour. We were waiting in the room but no one came. After 2 hours it was getting late so we went out to eat before the restaurants closed. In the middle of the meal, the host calls and says that a technician comes in 30 minutes. I explained to him that we were waiting and now we in the middle of the meal outside. The host disconnected the call, sent me messages on WhatsApp using blunt language, announced to me that the problem would be fixed only after I checked out and falsely accused me that I caused the problem. After sending me the text, he blocked me from WhatsApp (preventing me from future communicating with him), and worst of all, sent a false report to Booking that I had never arrived at the accommodation (no show) in order to prevent me from writing a negative review about him, and as a result, the status of the reservation was changed to "canceled", and all this while I and my 2 children are staying at the place for the 2 nights as booked and the reservation is fully prepaid. The only reason Booking.com allowed me to write a review is that I sent them undoubting proofs (screenshots of my correspondence with the host, photos and video I took inside the apartment while staying there) that I was there and that the host's report is completely false. Think carefully if you want to stay with such a host.

I have stayed in hundreds of accommodations in my life. Some were better, some less. I have never received such disgraceful and blatant treatment from a host. Our experience from Romania was very good and our hosts outside of Bucharest were wonderful, but this host left us with a bitter taste. Completely unnecessary. Everything could be disposed of easily and simply if the host felt obliged to us as his guests and responsive. An accommodation as good as it gets, is measured not only when everything is ok but when a malfunction occurs. Here he failed and the worst part even more than the malfunction itself and the lack of providing a solution to it, was his is his false report to Booking like we did not arrive at the accommodation at all.

The location was good and the place was very cosy.

It was a little hard to find a parking spot initially on arrival, however we did manage to find one nearby and even managed to later move the car right at the entrance as some spots got free.

The property is right in the centre of the city situated in a quiet area, despite the location. We had some really hot weather in Bucharest so having air conditioning was a major plus. The wifi was very good, as we also managed to work from the property. The host was very kind and made it possible for a late check-out. We also enjoyed the champagne and the coffee the host left for us ☺️ These are the small things that make a difference

In the bathroom there was a small water leak from the bath tub making the floor wet constantly, which was quite annoying
