When I first arrived, I was given a room that smell cockroach n found one dead cockroach 🪳 in the toilet. There was no telephone in room, no toothbrush n toothpaste. I had to use my mobile phone to call the reception to request for a new room. How could you guys not check the condition before sending guest to such room. I already informed that I will be checking in late, so frustrating to be getting a room that smell cockroach as you enter thinking you can rest n sleep right away.after a long journey They got me a new room. Better but the shampoo n body wash bottle were so tiny ... definitely not enough for 6 people. No toothbrush n toothpaste...hmmmm
