okey but so some cleaning under bed

The room was clean, comfortable bedding, exceptional service from the housekeeping and breakfast team throughout our stay. We had trouble with our room airconditioning. It was faulty and the entire room was musky when we came back from our swim right after check in. The technician came, rectified and suggested a room changed. The male staff who attended to us was pleasant and helpful. He immediately arranged for a comfortable room for us. He made our stay better especially after a bad check in experience initially with the lady (Shirleen) . She was the only indian lady on duty the entire time. Called for assistance but was brushed off.

We love the swimming pool and that was one reason why we booked. However it was poorly maintained. The one nearer to the hotel was much cleaner. Nevertheless, my kids still enjoyed the pool. We were already there when we realised the restaurants were only operating on weekends. If you are there on weekdays, it will be only open till 4.30pm. So you have to drive drive out for dinner.

The place is spacious and cozy.

Seem a bit old need to maintain the quality. Bathroom water pressure isn't that good and water leaking in toilet bowl. Bathroom door unable to close properly due to door alignment issue.

Size of room, cleanliness

Food during breakfast and dinner buffet is cold. Milk for coffee and tea is not hot.
