La stanza è a un minuto da Eyre square, in pieno centro. Sotto casa ci sono tutti i negozio essenziali. La struttura e la stanza erano bellissimi e pulitissimi, con tutto il necessario (acqua, asciugamani, phone, macchinetta del caffè con qualche cialda, latte e anche due biscottini) c'era anche una parte comune dove poter scaldare del cibo. La stanza nostra stanza era piccolina ma ben organizzata adatta a piccoli soggiorni, e anche se sopra la strada gli infissi moderni isolavano bene dai rumori. Il check-in e check-out è online ma molto facile, per chi desidera c'è un parcheggio adiacente con pagamento a parte (procedura facilissima).
