The space is spacious, suitable for family. Each room is provided with aircond and fan and both are working. Tv is working well with netflix etc.

House condition is fairly good however we had to encounter an unpleasant experience during check-in. The house owner informed that the house is not ready by 3pm (eventhough the policy for check-in has clearly said that we can check-in by 3pm & even the house owner mentioned thru whatsapp that passcode will be given by 2pm) due to unavailability of cleaner? We have made the booking way earlier, so we believe that this cleaning issue shouldn’t occur at first place. We only received the passcode to check-in pass 6pm with no reimbursement. Also, we have to pay extra RM30 for cleaning fee but the cleaning process is not ready prior to check-in. Very irony. Dissappointed with that. The house owner tried to offer diff unit but we refused bcs it is not what we booked, and not as advertised and as what we paid. Do not make it available if the booking cant be catered properly. Please improve on that. Shower pipe in the master bedroom is not working. Please fix it.
