"Very good"

Codes to enter premises for easy access on arrival. 10 minute walk from train station & Tesco Express. Netflix available. Off road parking (although a little awkward to park in the space).

Had to work out heating & oven. Shower towels are on small side. You have to sign up and pay for wifi. Water could be warmer in kitchen & shower. Maybe a microwave as an addition. Cooker needs to burn off fumes.

"The most unpleasant weekend stay by far..."

I only liked the location. Everything else about our stay was absolutely appalling.

The property was not as advertised. Totally, utterly filthy. Nice and old Victorian house but unfortunately it's not been maintained properly and all of the modern facilities were unclean and bedding hadn't been changed. The oven still had food bits from the previous guests. Dust and stains everywhere and very uncomfortable bed. To top it all, the owner of the property is very aggerant and has no care for his guests as long as he gets paid. Finally, the parking space advertised with the property can barely fit a two seater vehicle. Stay well away from this property. Shame on you, Booking.com for taking our concerns seriously.

"it was a cool convenient place to stay. Big benefit was the parking as we all know what it’s like to park in Brighton."

It was a lovely property great parking and fairly easy to get in

I couldn’t find an easy way to connect to the Wi-Fi. The TV in the room wasn’t working very well because of the bad Wi-Fi.

No air con, single glazed windows very noisy even on 2nd floor.No wine/champagne.All advertised as being included.Cleaning needs looking at.

Great location, in a quiet area close to pubs, supermarkets, cafes and the beach. Spacious apartment with all necessary amenities.

The bed was not so comfortable, it looked like a bigger sofa bed and some of the slats were broken. Overall the apartment was clean but from a closer look it was full of doghair. Between the window and on the ledge therewere used paper tissues....
