"Great getaway, convenient location, and comfy stay for our two families!"

The location was perfect! Easy access to things like the grocery store, etc. And also very close to all of the attractions of Gatlinburg. Loved the view!

A few improvements could be made to make this property a "10". The couches on the main level are incredibly uncomfortable. The cushions fall through the frame of the couch, and there was a nail or something sticking out of the back that scratched our kids a few times. Additional or newer pots and pans would be another improvement. The ones available were all scratched up and rusty - not safe to use. The seal on the refrigerator door was coming off. None of these items were detrimental to our stay, but worth noting for future renters.

Very clean, spacious, not that hard to find, nice views

bed was probable one of the most uncomfortable beds I've slept in, in a long time and sofa cushions were worn down. Besides that it was a great place

Location was excellent. Good for our two families who were in Gatlinburg for a volleyball tournament.

Lamps were unplugged. All HDMI on TV's unplugged. Baseboard loose in kitchen. Remotes in wrong rooms. Need cookie sheet & new fry pan in kitchen. Upstairs tub needs drain cleaned. Downstairs bedroom light & fan didn't work. Some light bulbs need changing. Was told there was no hair dryers, when we arrived there was a hair dryer in every bathroom. Need better communication. Toilet downstairs worked sometimes...didn't work sometimes. Problem getting someone to fix day we requested.

"Scenic and relaxing, wish we could have stayed longer!"

Scenery and coziness right in the mountains! Hot tub is excellent after a long day at nearby parks. Close to town.

The only thing we noticed was the lower level toilet needed some maintenance/replacement parts but still it wasn’t a big deal.

View and layout

The hand towel left under the comforter on main level bedroom. Had blood and Semen on it. Bed my 80 year old mother was to sleep in. Volume on downstairs bedroom tv didn’t work. No clean sheets till following day.
