Beautiful house, great facilities, fab hosts and close to beach. Just perfect especially for families. I've not stayed anywhere as easy, comfortable or private for years. Like a five star hotel in a private house . Great pubs and food options nearby too.

"A home from home, couldn’t ask for any more, everything has been thoroughly thought out and planned"

It was immaculately presented, modern and thought outside the box with general requirements.

The cleaners had put the shower grate in the main bathroom upside down, causing 3 of our children to cut their feet. Cleaners should be made aware to prevent future danger. Easily solvable

The upside-down layout was perfect for holidaying and getting the most of the light. The open-plan living space was great for socialising but at the same time big enough to provide space to meet everyone’s needs. It was also very well equipped and super to have a laundry room including a tumble dryer for wet towels and costumes etc. And finally, the location. I was a little nervous about not being near a more lively town or actually in a village but we would never otherwise have discovered Trebarwith Beach to be a hidden gem! All in all, very relaxing at the end of a long day exploring the area.

The second and third bedrooms are very small and just about manageable for one guest each but would have been a real squeeze and quite uncomfortable for two! By contrast, the main bedroom was superb but that meant a really unfair distribution of space amongst our party of three friends! (Also, it would have been a little more convenient to have a separate toilet accessible to all guests.)
